No Refund Policy

All payments made for Annual Pass related services, including annual passes, monthly passes, or any service processing fees, are non-refundable. Once a service request has been submitted and the process has been initiated, refunds will not be issued.

Service Processing

Annuals Pass provides assistance in processing Annual Pass related services. Once the required documents and payment are received, our team begins the processing of the request. Because the service begins immediately after submission, refunds cannot be provided.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when applying for Annual Pass services. This includes:

  • Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)
  • Vehicle Number
  • Valid Identification Proof

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the user, Annuals Pass will not be responsible for delays or rejection of the service request.

Third-Party Services

Annual Pass services may involve third-party banks, toll authorities, or payment gateways. Annuals Pass does not control the policies or processing decisions of these third-party entities.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare situations where the service cannot be processed due to technical issues on our side and the request has not been initiated.
