Service Cancellation

Users may request cancellation of a Annual Pass related service only before the processing of the request has started. Once the service request has been initiated or submitted for processing, cancellation may not be possible.

Processing of Requests

After receiving the required documents and payment, our team begins processing the Annual Pass service request immediately. Because the service process starts quickly, cancellation requests may not be accepted once the process has begun.

User Responsibility

Users must ensure that all information and documents submitted during the application process are accurate and complete. Required documents may include:

  • Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)
  • Vehicle Number
  • Valid Identification Proof

If incorrect or incomplete information is submitted, the cancellation request may not be accepted once the service process has started.

Third-Party Services

Annual Pass services may involve third-party banks, toll authorities, or service providers. Annuals Pass does not control the processing time or cancellation policies of these third parties.
